PICK and STICK

 All you need to do is get a piece of paper and write down the names of the foods their serving size and calories per serving.  You can eat any food that you have picked.  Counting calories is now like counting numbers; one, two, and three.  If you are sick and tired of eating whatever foods you have picked get rid of them.  Write down ten different new food items with name, serving size and calories per serving.
